Recipe:

1 cup of mixed berries

1 scoop of vegan protein powder

1 banana

6 oz of water or 100 percent fruit juice

Directions:

Place food in blender and blend.

Drink.

This smoothie has 20 grams of protein, and 3 servings of fruit, which is the minimum requirement for your daily recommended fruit serving.

Otarian in soho, it was a fully vegetarian ‘burger bar’ with vegan options. They have a chain of restaurants in London and New York I think, advertised as a green restaurant they are fully focused on reducing carbon emissions from the production of food. It was such a lovely place, really clean and spacious, and I thought it was such a shame that there weren’t more people in there. My boyfriend and I had an indian chutney burger and large fries, also a thai green curry with lime rice. I am 100% visiting it again.
