Things to Look Forward To
This week Taylor Ryan will be creating a post and plan for easy gainers (as in you gain muscle easy). She will be showing you how to get strong, defined, drop the fat, and look lean and fabulous! Bulk free.
I will also be working on trying to upload a load of videos I’ve have recorded for MONTHS on how to make certain wonderful things for your body. Let’s hope it actually works.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I spent mine working out, sleeping and doing homework/semi studying for more of my midterms.
As many of you know, I have been planning on holding a contest for some time. The problem was 1)I hadn’t figured out the prizes yet and 2)I wasn’t sure how I should go about doing the contest.
Seriously, what would the contest consist of? Reblogging a post? Completing some challenge? Making my followers document their every waking move?
Well, I’m still trying to figure out the contest part, but I have purchased the prizes!!! There will be three prizes, which means three chances to win!!! I know, I know, I’m crazy excited too!!
Two of the prizes will be workout dvd’s. The other prize is a cookbook. Everything is new and currently being shipped to my apartment in New York.
I promise I will decide on the actual contest by this week. Right now I’m a nervous wreck over my midterms.
