I’m still working on perfecting my vegan eating, but I’ll tell, giving up animal products has been one of the best choices I’ve done. I highly recommend it to those who have chronic stomach problems, digestive problems, energy issues, and most of all, food issues. Having a diet centered around fruits, vegetables, and non-animal protein helps to quiet food noise. If you find yourself constantly feeling guilty about what you eat, switch to a eating style that is all about health. You’ll more than likely feel better.
