For all of you who have been following me for awhile, you know I’m not a huge weight training fan. Yeah, I use them, but as little as possible. Don’t think I haven’t tried. I have tried. Many times, in fact. But I have never been happy with the results, and am often left feeling like some sort of freak when it comes to the whole lifting thing.
