I’m staring an eating/fitness program/challenge, which will have me waking up at 4 am, and avoiding process foods. If you want to join me shoot me a message here, or at email@example.com It is not a “official” challenge, but could easily turn into one if people start contacting me. Right now it’s just me trying to get leaner, stronger, faster, and better.
Periodically I receive messages from a new fit blogger who wants me to promote them. Now, I don’t promote blogs. I just think creating a post with a list of repeated links is unproductive and not attention grabbing. HOWEVER, I am very in favor of showcasing great blogs that other fit bloggers can benefit from. I generally do this on my own, with no prodding. If you do want to contribute to Fitisthenewblack.me , or are just looking to get your name out there I am currently looking for new playlist ideas. If you have some recommendations (about 10), shoot me an email or message with 1) Your songs, 2) Why this playlist gets you moving and 3) a little blurb about your blog. If your playlist has been accepted for my site I will let you know and also do a little spotlight feature on you. I will not accept submissions from Pro-ED blogs, as it goes against the entire creed of Fit is the New Black.

Seriously, readers-I look like boo-boo. Oh, and I feel like boo-boo too. I need to take some vitamins or something. I was up super late last night, which lead me to sleep late today. Oops!
I wanted to hit the gym as soon as I woke up, but of course, there were obligations/responsibilities to fulfill. *rolling eyes* Not in a good mood. Plus side? I just decided a new playlist theme. Stay Tuned!

Things to Look Forward To
This week Taylor Ryan will be creating a post and plan for easy gainers (as in you gain muscle easy). She will be showing you how to get strong, defined, drop the fat, and look lean and fabulous! Bulk free.
I will also be working on trying to upload a load of videos I’ve have recorded for MONTHS on how to make certain wonderful things for your body. Let’s hope it actually works.
