Boyfriend and I signed up for Warrior Dash today!! We’ll be running a little far from home, but still in the great state of New York. If you want to join us, sign up now for the following day and time.

Now onto my workout.
Warmed up with a 30 minute brisk walk, followed by 1.5 miles of running and walking on a high incline.
Crunches on abench, followed by another 1 mile run.
Elliptical for 30 minutes.
Standing side twist with 6 pound weighted ball.
Leg raises on abench-ooh, this burned!
Back extensions with 24 pounds.
Arm raises till it burned.
Had a little bran cereal for lunch, followed by a delicious salad at dinner time. Think avocado, beans, corn, onions, and lettuce. Mmmm. Night time snack? Coconut milk Greek Style yogurt with PB, and nut pomegranate clusters.
My skin started itching me when I was on the plane yesterday. I think I may need a day detox. I’m thinking a homemade version of the ritual cleanse, which is basically a lot of fresh pressed juices. Does anyone know how to use a vitamixer as a juicer?
