This is a truth many would like to ignore. It’s not easy making time to exercise, but it can be done. I’ve found myself going to the gym at 4:20 in the morning, 8:30 in the evening, and everything in between. In a perfect world I could hit the gym whenever I wanted, but we don’t live in a perfect world. Bottom line? Make the time to get fit. Your body will thank you for it!
