Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. Here are a few photos of what I’ve been eating the past few days.
The top shot: Christmas dinner, which consisted of mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, salad w/dressing, vegetarian coquettes, and root vegetables. So freaking good!
Middle shots: Blueberry & pear cobbler with a crumble top. I place coconut flavored ice cream on top (from Coconut Bliss- a decadent, dairy-free, vegan alternative to ice cream).
Bottom Shot: A falafel salad from Maoz Vegetarian, which included 4 falafels, greens, hummus, avocado, diced tomatoes and onions, diced beets and yogurt dressing. Pretty delicious stuff, folks.
Tomorrow I will be dining at one of the best vegetarian/vegan restaurants Manhattan has to offer. I’ll make sure to take pictures.
