Blueberry Banana Smoothie!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of ice

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk ( 35 calories)

1 banana (100 calories)

1 cup of frozen blueberries (60 calories)

1 green pack (it’s a supplement that I occasionally put into my drinks)

Yum!!! I love this. I put peanut butter, nuts, chocolate chips, and raisins in my oatmeal. Not necessarily all at once, but sometimes, yeah…all at once.
