My fitness love began with Jane Fonda vids. When did yours start?
Throwback Routine: Jane Fonda’s Advanced Floor Work
This was HILARIOUS and surprisingly challenging (and the outfits are to die for!).
At-home workouts have come a long way, but if you’ve ever owned a workout DVD (or VHS) you have Jane Fonda to thank. She revolutionized the market, changed the way millions of women (and men) work out, and is a fitness icon. We love Jane! (and how awesome would it be for Kristen Wigg to re-make this video!!!)
Posting this for fun, but it was actually a bit of a challenge! If you’re looking for something low-impact & without equipment, give this a try!
Hilarious or sad that my workout wardrobe is soooooo similar?
xo
I know some of you are fearful of starting a strength training program, because you don’t want to bulk up. This routine is great for women who find they gain muscle mass easy, or are just beginning a program. You can do it at the gym, or in the privacy of your home. Read more about it here, and here. Leave comments, and questions in the section below, and feel free to reblog the shit out of it or like it on YouTube. Taylor is totally willing to answer all of your questions, and you can find her here, at theartofweightlifting.com and liftingrevolution.com. You can also leave questions for her at Fit is the New Black, in the comment section. Men, that goes for you too;)
