Flexibility may be the single aspect of fitness people overlook the most and I can’t say I don’t understand why. Most days it’s a challenge for me to get both cardio and strength training in. Squeezing adequate stretching time? Yeah, like that happens when I’m snowed in and have no emails or projects to present the powers that cut my checks.
Of course, this is the wrong attitude and I’ve learned to do some basic stretching after every workout. Still, it’s been awhile since I’ve done a “proper routine” and after the workouts I had this weekend I could use one.
