I have 2 main goals of December.

1.  Get back to eating vegan food, 6 days out of 7.

I have not been eating well since Thanksgiving. Can we say “sugar junkie”? I’ve been eating cookies, icing, brownies…oih! My problem is that I’m still motivated by weight. If I can eat junk and not gain weight, I’m all, “Hooray!! Yippie!! Cupcakes!” 

This is not a goof attitude to have. My arthritis is acting up, and I know it’s because all of the excess sugar is turning into wast, which is making a home between my joints. No bueno. My skin also looks like hell!

I want to get back to eating whole foods, at regular intervals. School is wrapping up, so I finally have some time to cook. Finally!

I have a great place to start. Look what just came in the mail?!?!?!

 Yep! Skinny Bitch Ultimate Cookbook!! I’ve flipped through it, and it looks awesome. It has lots of recipes, and best of all, it has the calories and fat grams per serving, which I really like.

2. Condense my gym time.

I workout about 1.5-3 hrs 6 days out of the week. Some of that includes travel time and the little breaks I take. Whenever I do find a job, I know I’m not going to have extra time to dilly dally at the gym. I don’t think it’s fair to have to sacrifice my health and fitness for work, but clearly I also need to earn a living. Solution?  I have to make my workout time faster. I need to run my miles in a shorter amount of time. I’m clueless about how I’m going to do this, but it’s a goal.
