Walked on a treadmill for 30 minutes increasing the incline every 3 minutes.

Stretching for 10 minutes

ABS: Rest 1:00 Minute between Sets

Seated Leg Tuck: 20, 20

Incline Sit-Up: 20, 20

Cable Side Bend (Left/Right)(Weight X Reps): 60x15, 60x15

Cable Twist (Left/Right)(Weight X Reps): 25x15, 25x15

Stretching for 10 minutes

V-Hold with Leg Kicks from Sofia Boutella Fearless workout! 

This move is awesome! It works your quads, thighs, and abs for a total core exercise. 

I try to do these every other day.

Five 3 Minute Rounds Of Boxing With :45 Second Rest Between Rounds.

Had to stop because my groin was actually hurting from this.
