Wall Squat- Works butt, hamstrings and quads.

Step 1: With you feet 18 inches in front, lean backside against the wall. 

Step 2:With your knees apart, lower yourself down as if you were sitting in a chair. Remember, your back should still be against the wall. Hold position for 30 seconds and repeat.
