1 Banana

2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Honey

1 Scoop of Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder

Lunch:

Salad, made with:

2 Cups of mixed greens

5 cherry tomatoes

1 TBS of hummus

1/2 avocado

Onions

1 roasted beet, sliced up into chunks

Dinner:

1 Veggie burger with:

4 cherry tomatoes

1/2 avocado

Hummus
