The weekend is one of the only times I completely control my schedule, which is why I like to use it to hit the gym hard. But today I just don’t feel like it. I have certain days during the week when getting to the gym is hard-not impossible, but difficult. This is why I make sure that I don’t make the weekend rest time. The problem is that today I just don’t have it in me. I think I’m physically exhausted, but I feel a bit guilty for not working out, because I drank last night and ate cake! GROSS. Why is it that I never feel like working out the day after I wreaked havoc on my diet?
