Dear Fitblrs,

 PLEASE reblog this, especially if you live in NYC.

One of my fav sites is xoJane and a recent story really grabbed my attention.

 I know some of you live/work in NYC and the surrounding areas. I don’t want anyone of you to live in fear. However, everywhere has its predators and this guy -in the story- is one of them.Please read and stay informed. IGNORANCE IS NOT BLISS.

Just last weekend I took a cab alone to Red Hook, Brooklyn. It was 3ish in the morning. Grace of God, the cabi was nice and respectful, and I got home safe. But as this story (PLEASE READ) shows, it could have gone another way.

 Please watch out for this guy and if you have met him, report it to the authorities. I’m asking EVERYONE to reblog this, tweet it, facebook it, pin it, social media the fuck out of this thing. What happened to this woman is not okay. Let’s stand together and get the news out there.

½ block of silken tofu

½ cup of blueberries

1/3 cup of mango chunks

½ cup of 100% pinapple juice

Honey

2 TBS of Vanilla vegan protein powder

Dinner: Scrambled tofu w/spinach, tomatoes,  and hash browns.
