As promised, I am sharing my experience with the Fitness With A…
I’ve been unhappy about a few things - general lack of follow through, consistency, and progress in my training and - as a result - in a lack of progress in strength and in losing body fat.
So this just happened- I registered. I’ve taken my measurements and my “before” shots.
I’m using this challenge as a trigger for twelve weeks of stepping it up A LOT.
That’s going to be twelve weeks of consistently working out, of sticking to a meal plan, of getting enough sleep, of (re)establishing some good habits - but for the first time in a very long time, of doing it all at the same time so that I don’t undermine hard work in one area with bad habits in another.
More to write about this over the next few days, but it’s time for bed because I have an early morning workout scheduled for tomorrow.
I know a few of you are also doing this - say hi and we can cheer eachother on. If anybody wants to follow along, message me and I’ll send you my BodySpace profile ID.
