Clean-Eating has been a buzz term on this site recently. Frankly, it’s been a buzzword everywhere. But do you actually know what it means to eat clean? Is tomato sauce clean? What about dark chocolate? Here’s the 411:

For example, an apple is as clean as it gets, because you could find it in nature. Apple pie? Not so clean, because it’s further removed from its natural state.
