That’s interesting. I have knee issues periodically and stair climbers and bikes can sometimes be an issue. I think it’s the angle my knee is at. But then I can squat (which puts pressure on knee joints) and run. That’s why I tell people to try different type of things for fitness. If you have serious knee problems I would suggest going to a specialist first. You don’t want to do anything to injure yourself, so go to see someone who can determine why you’re having knee issues.They will be able to help you figure out how to either overcome the issue or lessen the problem.
