What's the best exercises you can do that won't really involve your back? I've been having back troubles but I'm feeling so lazy lately.

Workouts that focus on the lower body may be something to explore. But honestly, if your back is hurting you, you need to go to a chiropractor. I run and get thrown out of alignment from time to time. Plus I have a old injury from when I took a horrendous weight lifting class. Whenever I have issues with back pain (feeling uneven) I do Pilates, which is amazing. But first things first, go to a chiropractor. He or she will be able to help your back issues and give exercise recommendations. xo

Other than photoshop? I have photoshop elements and hate it. I don’t have InDesign or regular Photoshop, but I really need to design a logo for my site. Any advice?
