I hate the whole stop “shaming” trend, but with this I totally agree. I’m always seeing people post about why others are wasting their time running or why this type of lifting is better than that. I agree with the other posters: If you can find any type of fitness you like, I think that’s great! Go for it. Everyone is different with different goals.
Because I’m really tired of people thinking they’re better than others for the workout they choose and/or putting down other forms of exercise.
