I hate the whole stop “shaming” trend, but with this I totally agree. I’m always  seeing people post about why others are wasting their time running or why this type of lifting is better than that. I agree with the other posters: If you can find any type of fitness you like, I think that’s great! Go for it. Everyone is different with different goals.

Some like to lift, some like to run … doesn’t matter if you’re a Zumba person, a yogi, a crossfitter, or a triathlete….

Things That Make Me Smile

  • Listening to Bob Marley while having breakfast in bed.
  • Buying a new nail polish under $5.
  • Kicking ass at the gym.
  • Finding a fabulous ice cream shop in an obscure location.
  • Reading Harry Potter on the Train and then looking over and seeing someone else doing the same.
  • Finding old essays I received As on.
  • Plucking my BFFs brows.
  • Creating a smoothie that people rave about.
  • Seeing a cute bunny with a shopping cart filled with carrots.
