I workout 5-6 days a week.
I generally walk for 1.5 miles, at 4.5 mph. Then I do a combo of jogging/running/walking for the remaining 2.5 miles.
I do the elliptical at various levels from 20-40 minutes.
I end my workout with a series of toning work that focuses on my core, inner thighs, back and arms.
I do very light weights when working out my arms, and only do one rep because I gain muscle easy.
My total workout takes me anywhere from 1 1/2- 2 1/2 hours.
