I finally got back to the gym after most of this month off. I’m not 100% healed yet, but I can’t stand not working out. I hate starting over, hopefully it comes back quickly and can avoid any more injuries.

Daily Update w/Workout & Food Journal
I’ve been really tired today, but I pushed myself to hit the gym because I know I probably won’t workout tomorrow.

I felt all amped up to workout this morning, but I didn’t get to the gym till the afternoon for various reasons. By the time I hit the treadmill I didn’t feel very energetic. Boo. I did workout for about an hour though.

Protein shake made with vanilla vegan protein powder, muscle milk, almond milk, and 1/4 cup of oats.
-This was a really weird shake. It didn’t taste bad, but it wasn’t fantastic either.
Dinner:
pita sandwich made with veganaise, dried tomato hummus, mixed greens, and tomato slices. I also had two handfuls of rice chips!

I just heard about the new ban and I’m interested about everyone’s thoughts. Personally, I’m anti-ED blogs and the word “thinspo” is just offensive. But, what do you guys think?
