Workout
I began my workout with the 2.5 treadmill workout that I previously posted.
I followed this by 30 minutes on elliptical, staying 5 minutes on a chosen level than switching to another for 5 minutes. Ex: 5 minutes on level 17, 5 minutes on 10, 5 minutes on 12, etc.
Crunches on abench
Leg lifts mixed with V-crunches-seriously, ouch!
Hanging knee raises
Crunches with 30 & 40 pound weights

2.5 Mile Treadmill Workout
Warm up with 1/2 mile at 5.4 mph
Increase speed to 5.7 mph for another 1/2 mile.
Bring down speed to 5.0 mph and speed walk on a incline for 1/4 mile. Don’t forget to move those arms and hold in your core!
Decrease incline back to 0 and run for 1/2 mile at 5.4 mph.
Increase speed again to 5.7, but only stay there for 1/4 mile.
Decrease speed and walk between 4.8-5 mph for remain 1/2...

Workout/personal update
I woke up at 5:30 a.m. so I could workout before I took my mom to see Billy Elliot. No, I didn’t workout at 5:30 a.m., but I was on the treadmill by 7 a.m.
1 mile power walk at 4.3 mph
3 miles of running/walking. Ran between 5.3-6.1mph and walked at 5mph on a .5 incline.
20 minutes on elliptical with slight resistance.

Leg lifts and reverse curl leg lifts

I ate horrible today!!
For starters, I had a sugar cookie for breakfast. A sugar cookie! I also had my usual soy latte, but a cookie?!?!
