Food
Breakfast:
Soy latte
Lunch:
Protein shake made with vanilla vegan protein powder, muscle milk, almond milk, and 1/4 cup of oats.
-This was a really weird shake. It didn’t taste bad, but it wasn’t fantastic either.
Dinner:
pita sandwich made with veganaise, dried tomato hummus, mixed greens, and tomato slices. I also had two handfuls of rice chips!

I just heard about the new ban and I’m interested about everyone’s thoughts. Personally, I’m anti-ED blogs and the word “thinspo” is just offensive. But, what do you guys think? Does this take away people’s free speech? I would be pissed as hell if fit blogs became targeted. Let’s discuss. What do you guys think?

Weekend Workout and Update
I think I’m fighting off a cold. I’ve been feeling tired lately and generally worn out. I had my fair share of sugar earlier this month. Lots of chocolate passed my lips, and with Valentines Day? Forget about it.
Sugar kills the immune system, hence why I feel really run down.
I stayed home all day yesterday with my boyfriend and wrote. Today I hit the gym and grocery store.
